I'm lovin it...

So love this months OTMAY, shot J!

Feels like ages since I blogged but not really eh. lol. This week has been surreal, with focus being on my education and watchin my boys livin life. Its seems like only yesterday that my lil monkeys were learning to walk and talk, then seeing them out on the league field running, tackling and yelling lol as a parent you just feel a huge sense of pride in them. Praise the Lord... lol. I told my eldest son on mother's day, that I was so happy he made me a mum.

I LOVE BEING A MUM. It is truly an honour! I love being a cheerleading mum, a huggle mum, a smack-you-round-the-head mum, a that's-right-i'll-yell-at-you-in-front-of-everyone mum, a praying mum, a crying-when-you-cry mum, a laugh-out-loud-and-clap mum, a learning mum, a teaching mum, a run-out-of-patience-mum, a sometimes-forgetful mum, a hell-yeah mum, a hell-no mum, a taxi driver mum, a cleaning mum, a better-get-outta-her-way mum, a cheeky mum, a tired mum, an absolute-zombie mum, a hyper mum and sometimes even a super mum. God is so good and thank God no day is the same... His blessings continue to overfill my cup.

I am grateful to my mum - Lamore! She has taught me that being a mum is a God given role to glorify God with and uplift our children. In her words: Faatuatua i le Alii, tatalo i aso uma ma faitau lou Tusi Paia. With Jesus in the family, happy happy ho! lol

All you mums out there... especially the ones close to my heart... I praise God for you (I really do!) and praise Him for the wonderful things He is doin in you and through you for your families. Each of you have inspired and encouraged my walk as a mum and you each are a unique treasure and blessing.

Enjoy the weekend and remember in those tough times... Smile, Jesus loves you! (thumbs up)

Lol

Fact:

Mums have changed approx 7,300 nappies by baby's 2nd birthday.

Mums on average take 2 min and 5 seconds to change a nappy vs. 1 minute, 26 seconds for dads
(hmmm... really?)

Mums do 330 loads of laundry a year =5,300 articles of clothing each year
(hmmm... really? Feels like so much more)
