What?
In times of meditation, one clears their head of cramped thoughts, the hustle and bustle of the immediate world, the outstanding undones (and tickets) and shot arrows in forms of words - to focus in and seek out some type of serenity, some form of peace. It is mostly a mission itself, a wearying journey of change in pace. A transference of energy to an inert state or dormancy. It is in that quiet state, in stillness that clarity invites itself. You partake of inner dialogue - listen, hear and understand your own voice and its yearning for peace. What is important will remain and all else temporarily fade in the background until finally rendered extinct. What is a state of bliss but reaching peace in its purest form. What is paramount is how you get there?
